Mommy & Me Art and Play
The coffee is on and everything is ready for the kids! Art projects, fun in the kitchen, and playscapes designed for the imaginative child. If you would prefer drop-off, I still have openings for my morning group that runs from 9 a.m. to noon and includes this Art Session ($14)

SchoolAge Yoga
A dynamic and interactive yoga class designed to teach basic yoga through games and imaginative play
For kids age 5 and up…younger siblings can sign up if parent stays in the room
Location: Roots Natural Food Store, Airport Rd. Leominster
Friday afterschool 4:30 – 5:15
Jan. 30, Feb. 6, Feb. 13 and Feb. 27 (no class during school break)
$24 for the 4-week series
Yoga for Older Kids age 8 – 12
A slightly more serious intermediate yoga practice and journaling session with the specific focus of helping with anxiety reduction and stress-related coping techniques.
Location: Roots Natural Foods Store, Airport Road Leominster
Friday evenings 5:30 – 6:30
