Yoga Seedlings is going to be offering a very special program for moms and kids who live in Leominster and surrounding areas: MOMS MORNING OUT!
Do you need a morning to get your grocery shopping done or to schedule your doctors’ and dentists’ appointments? Or maybe you need to just carve a small chunk of time out for yourself during the busy week.
Beginning in Fall 2008, this program will run two mornings (Tuesdays and Fridays from 9 – 12:30) and will follow a structured schedule of art time, cooking projects, science experiments and outdoor play. There might even be some yoga thrown in for good measure :-) Now that I am Director-certified in Early Childhood Education, I have access to and will be using the Handwriting Without Tears curriculum with the kids, which is a fun and innovative approach to learning to write the letters of the alphabet.
The cost of this program is $14 per morning and will be paid for monthly by the first of each month. You may sign up on a first-come first-served basis for as many days per month as you choose! This is a unique alternative to preschool. Children will bring a bag lunch, but tuition includes all snacks and activities.
