Yoga Seedlings :: Fall 2009
It's time to get back into the swing of things and what better way than to breathe, stretch and relax throughout your week? Or maybe you need a fun, safe place to send your child while you do errands...or maybe you are looking for an artistic outlet for your little ones. There is something for everyone! Keep reading to find out about the new programs I am offering, including Recyclable Art workshops and Henna Tattoo workshops (invite me to your birthday party!) And of course, Yoga Classes for Kids and Mom's Morning Out is back again for another joyful year :-)

::MOM'S MORNING OUT::
Mom's Morning Out is a drop-off program that I offer for moms who would like a morning to themselves! This year, I will offer this program on Monday mornings.
Drop your little ones off at 9 a.m. and pick them up at 12:30. The cost of the program is $15 per morning (sign up for as many or as few as you need each month) and includes snacks! Come stop by to see what it's all about :-)

The Art of Mehndi (Henna Tattoos): Spend some time with friends learning about the history of this beautiful art form. Practice your own designs and tattoo yourself or your friends! Or just get a gorgeous tattoo tailored to your mood and personality. Perfect for Ladies' Night, Libraries or Tween Birthday parties. 1 hour workshop: $60
Recyclable Art: Find projects that can be done with items you might normally throw away! Everything you need will be brought along and the project will depend on what I have to recycle. Great introduction to kids about Green Living and an Eco-Friendly mindset. 1 hour workshop: $60
